**Job Title:** Management Accountant **Role Summary:** Full‑time, 12‑month maternity cover. Reports to the Head of Finance. Responsible for managing all technical aspects of financial reporting for the division, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial outputs. Leads year‑end audit processes and collaborates with senior management to support operational and divisional objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate financial statements and reports within prescribed deadlines. - Coordinate audit activities and interface with external auditors. - Provide clear financial insights to senior management. - Mentor and train finance staff, fostering a high‑performance team. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reports and budgets. 2. Lead the year‑end audit, liaising with external and internal auditors. 3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies. 4. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. 5. Advise and coach finance team members on processes and best practices. 6. Communicate financial performance and implications to senior leaders. 7. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. 8.
