**Job Title:** IT Project Manager – Personal Insurance (Savings)
**Role Summary:**
Lead complex IT projects within the personal insurance domain, managing end‑to‑end delivery of savings and related solutions for a consulting environment. Drive project governance, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years as a project manager and 5 years in personal insurance.
- Proven track record in agile and V‑cycle project execution.
- Strong foundation in IT and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and manage resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Apply PMP, CMMI, PRINCE2, and Agile frameworks to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Conduct risk, issue, and change management activities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical, business, and client stakeholders.
- Produce status reports, presentations, and documentation for executive review.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and best‑practice adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- Project Management (PMP/PMI, CMMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Functional expertise in one or more areas: health, savings/pension, regulatory compliance, claims, succession, contract, asset, sales or customer journeys.
- IT architecture knowledge (DSI exposure).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and resource tracking tools.
- Professional English (written & spoken).
- Client‑centric, communicative, analytical, meticulous, proactive, collaborative.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent); PRINCE2 and/or CMMI certification preferred.
