**Job title**: Business Development / Marketing Intern (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Enable the expansion of a leading European bancassurance group by attracting new partners and converting leads across strategic sectors such as Banking & Travel and Mechanical Breakdown Insurance. Support the Business Development team in market research, sales prospecting, and CRM management to drive growth. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable insights on market trends and competitive positioning. - Assist in the creation of persuasive sales presentations and marketing collateral. - Contribute to the conversion of qualified leads into active partnerships. - Manage and maintain CRM data for efficient pipeline tracking. - Propose and refine go‑to‑market strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify potential partners (banks, fintechs, insurers, travel stakeholders). - Conduct market studies, competitor surveillance, and sector benchmarks. - Develop PowerPoint presentations and supporting documents for internal and external use. - Engage in outbound prospecting activities and follow‑up on leads. - Update, cleanse, and audit the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to support sales workflows. - Offer strategic input on business development initiatives and market entry plans. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Good command of English, both written and oral. - Self‑motivated, analytical, structured, and collaborative. - Ability to quickly grasp market dynamics and communicate persuasively. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Master’s program (Year 1 or 2) in fields such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or Project Management. - No specific certifications required; prior experience or coursework in banking, insurance, fintech, consulting, or business development is a plus.
