Role Responsibilities:
Should be able to design and develop test strategy document.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle FLEXCUBE/Oracle Banking modules, including OBPM, OBCL, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBTR, FCUBS CASA, CIF, Deposits, ELCM and OBDX.
Work closely with the project manager and project lead and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios.
Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real-world scenarios for testing purposes.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Oracle FLEXCUBE/Oracle Banking modules.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Xray, Quality Centre and work closely with development and implementation teams to resolve issues.
Preparing scenarios, test wares, test case execution, and defect Life Cycle management.
Work in a cross-functional team and contribute to the team's work business analysis, quality assurance and testing.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
Should have minimum of 4 years of experience in Testing with Banking applications, especially Flexcube.
Functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules and end-to-end testing and quality assurance experience.
Must have experience in Flexcube data mapping and documentation.
Experience in data migration requirement for Flexcube interfaces.
Ability to sustain delivery timelines under tight deadlines.
Good positive attitude, collaborative team player
Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, proven ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.
Knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes

This is a 1 Year FTC paying up to £85,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Performing Product walkthrough, analysing the gaps and suggesting workarounds and customisations.
Coordinating with business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, drafting requirements and preparing functional specification documents.
System parameterization, validating product behaviour and supporting SIT and UAT.
Active communication with required stakeholders on system status, including system changes, problems, enhancements, and potential impacts.
Participating in defect meeting, defect analysis and defining the defect severity.
Resolving functional Issues and following up on technical defects for timely resolution.
Tracking the project status and handling escalations.
Identify functional and non-functional requirements and draft priorities for requirements with the stakeholders.
Preparing scenarios, test wares, test case execution, and defect Life Cycle management.
Work in a cross-functional team and contribute to the team's work (business analysis and testing if needed).
Analyse and Document Requirement in terms of business cases, user stories, and requirements documents (BRDs) to communicate business needs to stakeholders.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.
Assess solution effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders on project progress, solution benefits, and business outcomes.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Proactive identification an escalation of both real and potential errors bugs and defects in all areas of the new Flexcube system, including its interactions with data and other systems.
Rigorous application of both user and developer control methodologies, auditable documentation of decision making and highly a responsible approach to the overall delivery of the Flexcube project
Any project related tasks that may assigned from time to time.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
5+ years’ experience on FLEXCUBE BA activities
Functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules and end-to-end implementation experience.
Must have experience in Flexcube data mapping and documentation.
Experience in data migration requirement for Flexcube interfaces.
Technical knowledge on handling interface services
Ability to sustain delivery timelines under tight deadlines.
Good positive attitude, collaborative team player
Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, proven ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.
Knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes
Demonstrable skill in describing complex functional and technical ideas / information in accessible, practical and easy to understand guidance for business users that ensures an efficient development, testing and migration experience

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract paying up to £95,000 based on experience.
