**Job Title:** Ecommerce Meta Media Buyer (Senior)
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategic and tactical Meta (Facebook & Instagram) media buying for high‑budget e‑commerce brands, owning end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, creative oversight, performance analytics, and client partnership to drive measurable growth.
**Expectations:**
Deliver scalable ad performance exceeding <$100K+ monthly budget targets, build strong client relationships, maintain rigorous data‑driven decision making, and stay current with platform updates and industry trends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding research (competitor, creative, audience, performance).
- Build, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion funnels.
- Interpret ad data to inform creative testing, audience refinement, and budget allocation.
- Write targeted ad copy for segmented audiences and placements.
- Collaborate daily with creative team for performance review and testing prioritization.
- Recommend new creative concepts, formats, and messaging based on performance insights.
- Identify brand‑wide optimization opportunities (UX, offers, retention).
- Track and report on growth metrics; ensure KPIs met or exceeded.
- Optimize spend via data‑driven targeting, creatives, and structure.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients via Slack and structured calls.
- Prepare actionable weekly reports, meeting agendas, and strategy reviews.
- Monitor weekend account performance, address anomalies promptly.
- Support new business prospecting, audits, and strategy input.
- Continuously enhance paid media and e‑commerce expertise.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven Meta (Facebook & Instagram) media buying experience with $100K+/month e‑commerce budgets.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience strategy, full‑funnel structuring.
- Strong analytical mindset: data interpretation, insight extraction, strategy conversion.
- Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to present data‑backed narratives.
- Client‑first mindset; adept at building trust and handling tough conversations.
- Detail oriented, problem‑solving, multi‑project management.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion).
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing and Meta’s role in acquisition, retention, brand.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Meta Certified (Facebook Advertising) or equivalent paid‑media certification strongly desired.
