Job Description
**Job title** Account Executive – Belgium **Role Summary** Drive end‑to‑end sales for B2B connected mobility solutions, managing the full funnel from prospecting to contract sign‑off, nurturing relationships, and expanding revenue through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within a fast‑growing, technology‑focused organization. **Expectations** - Close 2–5 years of B2B consultative sales experience, delivering consistent pipeline coverage and meeting quotas. - Maintain disciplined, data‑driven pipeline management using CRM tools. - Fluency in Dutch, French, and English; strong communication across multilingual stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead each deal from initial contact to signed contract, ensuring smooth handover to customer success teams. - Identify and pursue cross‑sell and expansion opportunities to maximize revenue per account. - Build and maintain a balanced, accurate sales pipeline; provide reliable forecasts and update regularly. - Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and customer support to align on messaging, lead qualification, and client onboarding. - Apply structured sales methodologies, record insights, and contribute to continuous process improvement. - Stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity through ongoing training and knowledge sharing. **Required Skills** - 2–5 years B2B sales experience with proven closing ability and experience managing complex buying cycles. - Strong commercial acumen; ability to translate solutions to customer pain points and ROI. - Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) for tracking, forecasting, and follow‑up. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills. - Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and sales process management. - Multilingual (Dutch / French / English) communication in both written and verbal form. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required. - No specific certifications mandatory, though experience with CRM or sales methodology tools is advantageous.
