Job Description: **Job Title** Technical Services Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of technical services, acting as the primary liaison between technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely ticket resolution, efficient scheduling, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). **Expectations** - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. - Work independently yet collaboratively across technical and project management teams. - Continuously improve processes and uphold ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and dispatch service tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and priority alignment. - Schedule reactive and proactive onsite visits, confirm appointments, and communicate expectations to customers. - Monitor ticket progress, flag delays, and recover stale or overdue items. - Track and report on key performance indicators (response/resolution times, customer satisfaction, etc.). - Support project managers by coordinating resources and adjusting service calendars. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Required Skills** - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with ticketing/service desk platforms (e.g., Autotask, ConnectWise). - Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with accuracy in record‑keeping. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary technical or business coursework preferred. - Prior experience in service coordination, technical scheduling, or related field. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is advantageous.
