Job Description
**Job title:** Salesforce Consultant **Role Summary** Lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement for client projects across Sales, Service, Collaboration, and Marketing Clouds. Own end‑to‑end automation, data management, and user support while translating business needs into functional solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client business goals. - Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, technical standards, and project feasibility. - Build lasting client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Collaboration Cloud, Marketing Cloud). - Administer user accounts, security, page layouts, and custom fields. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types in Lightning. - Automate processes using Flow, approval processes, validation rules, and declarative tools. - Participate in Agile Scrum teams: write user stories, acceptance criteria, and contribute to backlog grooming. - Conduct discovery workshops and functional design meetings. - Manage data migration tasks (import, export, data cleansing). - Evaluate and implement third‑party applications or custom code (SOQL, Apex, LWC/JavaScript) as needed. - Communicate status, feasibility, and impact of requested changes to client stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and optional Service, Collaboration, Marketing, and Custom Clouds. - Salesforce Administrator experience; ability to perform user and system administration tasks. - Proficiency with declarative automation tools (Flow, approval processes, validation rules). - Strong reporting and dashboard expertise in Lightning, including custom report types. - Familiarity with data management and integration (data import/export, API relationships). - Experience working in cross‑functional Agile Scrum environments. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; write clear user stories and criteria. - Knowledge of SOQL, Apex, and LWC/JavaScript code is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) or equivalent practical experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
