Job Description
Job Title: Commercial BtoC and BtoB Business Development Intern Role Summary: Support the company’s growth strategy as a Business Development Intern, managing end-to-end customer journeys for BtoC clients, overseeing account operations for BtoB partners, driving sales and partnership initiatives, analyzing market trends, and expanding into European markets. Expactations: Deliver measurable support to sales and operations teams; maintain high customer satisfaction; proactively identify growth opportunities; demonstrate strong learning agility and initiative; collaborate cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: - BtoC: Onboard clients, manage project execution, monitor specialist performance, and ensure client success throughout the journey. - BtoB: Operate and oversee service delivery for a portfolio of partners, identify and secure new strategic partners, and develop partnership strategies to maximize value. - Growth & Operations: Implement revenue‑boosting initiatives, conduct market and competitor analysis, and collaborate with Operations to refine processes. - International Expansion: Target desired European markets, coordinate recruitment of local talent, study market specifics, and adapt offers accordingly. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills. - Excellent organization, multitasking, and rigorous attention to detail. - Proactive learning mindset and self‑initiative. - Fluency in English; German or Spanish proficiency is a plus. - Basic business, management, or related industry knowledge. Required Education & Certifications: - Current university student in commerce, management, or a related discipline (final year preferred). - Experience or coursework in business development, sales, or marketing is advantageous. - Certifications in sales techniques or business analysis are a plus.
