Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating Tier 1 enterprise relationships, and closing high‑value deals. Lead strategic planning, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to expand the customer base and deliver tailored solutions. Expectations: - Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets. - Secure and grow Tier 1 enterprise accounts, generating measurable revenue impact. - Maintain a clean, forecast‑ready pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target markets. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including lead generation, account expansion, and partnership development. - Build long‑term client relationships; manage key account activities and post‑sale delivery. - Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform targeted sales strategies. - Create and deliver compelling product/service presentations to senior decision‑makers. - Align contractual negotiations with company revenue objectives. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand presence. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
