Job Description
Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Internship (Summer 2026) Role Summary: 10‑week internship providing hands‑on exposure to enterprise IT systems and projects in cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, ERP, data management, and automation, culminating in a capstone project presented to leadership. Expactations: Students will perform on‑site IT support, troubleshoot systems, test and document software, contribute to data and process initiatives, and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and communication skills through a project presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with system administration, troubleshooting, and general IT support tasks. - Contribute to projects in cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or ERP systems. - Execute software/applications testing and produce test documentation. - Support data management, reporting, and process automation efforts. - Develop and deliver a capstone internship project to senior leadership. Required Skills: - Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic networking concepts; familiarity with programming or database fundamentals preferred. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/ verbal communication abilities. - Collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. - No specific certifications required.
