**Job Title**
Marketing & Communications Intern
**Role Summary**
Collaborate with a social‑first marketing agency to transform business objectives into creative digital campaigns. Contribute across strategy, content creation, paid social advertising, and performance optimization on short‑format platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
**Expectations**
- Full‑time, 3–6 months internship (hybrid: onsite & remote).
- Deliver tangible creative outputs (ads, reels, stories, carousels) that drive measurable engagement and conversions.
- Maintain clear, concise communication in French and English.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategy & Ideation** – brainstorm and develop content and paid‑social strategies; identify creative angles, hooks, short scripts.
2. **Editorial Calendar & Content Production** – build multi‑platform grids; produce short‑format videos, reels, stories, carousels; craft optimized captions.
3. **Paid Social Concepts** – design performance‑oriented creatives (static, carousel, simple video edits); construct test matrices; conduct A/B tests.
4. **Research & Insights** – monitor format trends, benchmark industry data, analyse competitor audiences to inform creative angles.
5. **Creative Briefing & Project Management** – write briefs for design/video, oversee production timelines, ensure cross‑platform quality.
6. **Analytics & Optimization** – read social and ad metrics (CTR, CVR, scroll‑stop, lead generation); recommend actionable improvements in collaboration with the Media Buyer.
**Required Skills**
- Copywriting for direct‑response campaigns (hooks, video scripts, ad copy, CTAs).
- Design fluency: Canva, Photoshop; basic video editing in CapCut or similar.
- Short‑form video and content production mindset; focus on conversion and aesthetics.
- Strong written and spoken French; good English; ability to synthesize.
- Curiosity, autonomy, creativity, analytical thinking (linking ideas to results).
- Willingness to learn AI tools in the creative workflow.
*Bonus:*
- Fundamentals of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, UGC; basics of targeting & tracking.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student in 2nd or 3rd year of marketing, communication, or related field (or equivalent).
- Valid internship agreement as per local regulations.
