Job Description
Job Title: Intern – Regional Marketing Role Summary Support the Global Regional Marketing Team in planning, executing, and reporting on B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Gain hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, social media, PR, and translation processes while developing project management and communication skills. Expectations - 6‑month unpaid internship (paid per French legislation) beginning late Aug/early Sep 2026. - Active participation in week‑to‑week marketing activities and reporting. - Demonstrate independence, self‑motivation, and teamwork within a multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities 1. **Campaign Management & Coordination** – Assist in launching B2C/B2B campaigns, create/distribute email marketing, build pop‑up banners, and maintain landing pages on LHW.com. 2. **Data & Reporting** – Conduct weekly rate audits, track activities and PR in Salesforce, and prepare campaign performance reports and stakeholder presentations. 3. **Tool & Process Improvement** – Provide proactive suggestions to enhance marketing tools and processes. 4. **Translation Management** – Oversee translation workflow, assign tasks, perform English–French revisions, and ensure timely delivery of translated content. 5. **Hotel Engagement** – Prepare hotelier meeting presentations, update hotel‑facing content, contribute to hotelier newsletters and webinars, and support onboarding of new member hotels. 6. **Communication & Follow‑up** – Distribute weekly regional update emails to stakeholders and maintain timely communication with internal teams. Required Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Attention to detail and data accuracy. - Native French speaker; fluent written and spoken business English. - Self‑motivated, dependable, and culturally sensitive. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Required Education & Certifications - Current university or higher education student (mandatory internship). No specific degree required beyond enrollment. ---
