**Job title:** Wealth Enablement Intern **Role Summary:** Assist the Wealth Management Enablement team in developing, maintaining, and improving training and knowledge resources that support front‑line advisor and client‑facing staff. Gain exposure to training development, knowledge management, process improvement, and technology adoption within a wealth‑management context. **Expatations:** - Deliver high‑quality training and knowledge content updates. - Participate in testing and feedback on new processes and technology enhancements. - Support resource organization and accessibility for advisors. - Contribute to advisor onboarding and client experience improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, edit, and update training materials and knowledge resources. - Organize and manage content within enablement platforms. - Conduct testing, gather feedback, and refine new processes and technology implementations. - Identify opportunities to enhance resource accessibility and usability. - Attend team meetings and shadow enablement activities to understand advisor support strategies. **Required Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to learn and apply knowledge of wealth‑management and client‑experience concepts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s (sophomore, junior, or senior) or Master’s degree program. - (No specific certifications required.)
