Job Description: **Job Title:** Midweight Graphic Designer **Role Summary:** A mid-level design professional responsible for creating high‑quality digital and print assets across healthcare, technology, and professional services clients. Works from concept to delivery, shaping campaigns, branding, and social media content while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. **Expactations:** - Deliver compelling, brand‑aligned designs on schedule. - Maintain consistent visual quality across all media. - Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Communicate ideas clearly and adapt to feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualise and produce creative design solutions for campaigns, websites, social media, storyboards, and print collateral. - Interpret and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency. - Produce final artwork for both digital and print output. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and clients to refine concepts. - Organise and prioritise workload, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of agency design experience. - Strong creative and conceptual thinking, capable of generating ideas from scratch. - Excellent attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual consistency. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - Experience with digital and print media, including campaigns, information design, websites, and social media. - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. - Effective communicator and collaborator. - Bonus: After Effects, Figma, video editing/motion design, Word/PowerPoint. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
