**Job Title** Senior Brand & Experience Designer **Role Summary** Lead brand strategy and creative vision for major stadium and entertainment venue projects. Work collaboratively with international sports teams, entertainment brands, and multidisciplinary internal teams to translate research insights into compelling, visually engaging brand concepts and guest experience designs that guide projects from concept to completion. **Expectations** - Deliver senior‑level brand strategy and design for high‑profile global venues. - Own client‑facing initiatives, including workshops, presentations, and deliverables. - Ensure consistent, high‑quality brand execution across all project stages. - Perform within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with international stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Facilitate and lead client workshops to uncover ambitions and requirements for new venues or expansions. - Translate insights into clear, compelling strategies, briefs, and presentations that guide project direction. - Develop creative concepts for brand identity, guest experience, and spatial design, in partnership with commercial, architectural, and research teams. - Present ideas and strategies to clients, distilling complex information into visually engaging, client‑friendly formats. - Act as a “guardian” for project vision, collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistency and quality throughout all phases. - Contribute to and support the evolving multidisciplinary strategy team. **Required Skills** - 3–5+ years in brand design, guest experience, sports branding, or property branding. - Exceptional visual communication and presentation abilities. - Strong creative ideation and concept development from insight to final deliverable. - Proficiency in workshop facilitation and client engagement. - Attention to typographic detail and editorial standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with international clients. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field. - Portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, conceptual design, and visual communication. ---
