Job Description

Job title: Manager – Management Consulting (Retail & Consumer Transformation) Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs for retail, consumer goods or hospitality clients, advising senior stakeholders on strategy, operating model, digital and change initiatives. Mentor consulting teams, grow sector expertise, and support business development and thought leadership. Expectations • Deliver measurable client outcomes that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth. • Provide clear strategic direction and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. • Demonstrate leadership of cross‑functional teams and drive capability development and new business opportunities. • Exhibit executive presence in client and internal engagements, and contribute to Enfuse’s sector propositions. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple transformation projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget. • Advise C‑suite, directors and functional heads on strategy, operating model design, digital adoption and change management. • Leverage sector insights on omni‑channel, CX, loyalty, digital operations and sustainability to shape solutions. • Identify new business opportunities, prepare scalable proposals, and support bid activities up to £500 k+ annual revenue. • Mentor and develop junior consultants; cultivate high‑performance, collaborative team culture. • Contribute to capability growth through IP development, go‑to‑market propositions and sector thought‑leadership. • Manage stakeholder expectations, risk, scope and resource allocation across multi‑country or multi‑brand engagements. Required Skills • 5+ years consultancy experience leading transformation or operating‑model programs in retail, consumer goods or hospitality. • Proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives with measurable impact. • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • Team leadership of 5+ consultants, with a track record of mentoring and talent development. • Experience in business development, proposal writing and securing new revenue. • Structured, analytical mindset for problem solving and reporting. • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field. • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred. • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma) welcomed. ---
