Job Title: Consultant – Management Consulting Role Summary: Provide strategic, operational, and technology consulting to clients, leading project segments, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development. Work across strategy, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality client solutions and manage workstreams independently. - Build and sustain stakeholder relationships with confidence. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team culture. - Apply strategic analysis to shape meaningful outcomes and support internal growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to design and implement impactful solutions. 2. Own and deliver defined project segments, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. 3. Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a collaborative environment. 4. Apply strategic thinking and data analysis to shape client outcomes. 5. Contribute to business development and internal improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Proven experience in management consulting or a related field. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams. - Proactive, adaptable, and self‑motivated learning mindset. - Confidence in stakeholder management and relationship building. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline. - MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Management Consultant desirable but not mandatory.
