**Job title:** Content Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategic, data‑driven content marketing initiatives that drive revenue and brand authority in the equity‑compensation SaaS market. Own the content calendar, creation, SEO, performance analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost demand and educate the target audience.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable content marketing ROI aligned with company growth goals.
- Maintain consistent, high‑quality output across all funnel stages.
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to increase efficiency and insight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, execute, and optimize content marketing campaigns targeting equity‑plan professionals.
- Manage and grow a full‑funnel content calendar (blog, guides, reports, videos, newsletters, social, email).
- Apply SEO best practices and AI‑assisted keyword research to enhance organic reach.
- Build dashboards, analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Looker, Lightdash, etc.), and translate insights into strategic adjustments.
- Create thought leadership pieces using internal platform data, survey research, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, sales, and product teams to align messaging and objectives.
- Champion data‑driven decision making and maintain high standards of accuracy and depth in all content.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and ideally within equity‑compensation space.
- Proven track record of multi‑channel, lead‑generating content campaigns.
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience producing rank‑ready content.
- Proficient in AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) and workflow automation.
- Advanced analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, Looker, Lightdash, or similar) for performance reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to simplify complex financial products and communicate them effectively.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, curious, and solution‑focused.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of SEO, analytics, and AI tools is essential.
