**Job Title**: Senior Customer Success Manager, Public Markets **Role Summary**: Own and grow relationships with Ledgy’s public‑market clients, ensuring successful onboarding, IPO execution, and ongoing equity event support. Act as the customer advocate within product and sales teams, driving service excellence, process improvement, and NRR growth for a portfolio exceeding £2 million. **Expectations**: - **Months 1–3**: Master product, establish internal collaboration, assume full responsibility for public accounts and NRR, develop account success plans, lead initial onboardings, and secure broker/nominee partnerships. - **Months 4–6**: Refine processes for vestings, sell‑to‑cover, share transfers, and IPOs; conduct first Executive Business Reviews; join pre‑sales calls; pursue CEP qualification; partner with Tax & Compliance on public offerings. - **Months 7–12**: Scale public‑market function through automation, attend industry events, co‑develop product roadmap, and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders at large public companies. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage full lifecycle onboarding for public companies (account setup, data migration, rollout). - Oversee successful IPO execution and ongoing equity event management for public clients. - Conduct Executive Business Reviews with budget holders and key stakeholders. - Own operational relationships with broker and nominee partners; facilitate share transfers and equity events (e.g., RSU vestings). - Collaborate closely with Product Development to communicate customer needs and prioritize features. - Build and nurture relationships at on‑site client visits and industry events. - Drive continuous improvement of processes around vesting events, sell‑to‑cover, share transfers, IPOs, and other equity activities. - Support pre‑sales with implementation expertise on public‑company platforms. - Work with support teams to deliver world‑class admin and participant assistance. - Contribute to the development of a tax offering for public customers in partnership with the Tax & Compliance Lead. **Required Skills**: - 5 + years of experience in the public share‑plan industry. - Proven relationship management and client‑success track record. - Experience managing NRR for a book of business > £2 million in annual revenue. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales, support, tax, and compliance teams. - Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable handling high ownership in a fast‑paced startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - CEP (Certified Equity Professional) qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
