**Job Title** Product Marketing Manager – Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new and updated products during a 13‑month contract period. Translate technical capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions, develop multi‑channel messaging, and equip sales and partner teams with the tools and training needed to drive adoption. **Expectations** - Deliver 13‑month contract with consistent quality and timely execution. - Act as the central liaison between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing. - Drive cross‑functional alignment on product launch cadence, messaging, and enablement assets. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for product launches, updates, and solution releases. - Build messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and value propositions for target personas. - Perform competitive research and market analysis to inform strategy and product roadmap. - Produce product collateral (brochures, data sheets, presentations, web copy, videos, solution briefs). - Partner with Content & Creative teams to build high‑quality marketing assets for campaigns and releases. - Maintain consistent product messaging across all internal and external channels. - Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (pitch decks, playbooks, FAQs, battlecards, objection‑handling guides). - Deliver training sessions to Sales and Partner teams, ensuring product readiness. - Collaborate with Sales Engineering for technical accuracy and alignment. - Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to influence positioning and roadmap. - Support customer research initiatives and case study development. - Manage product pages and web content with the Web/Digital team. - Coordinate with Digital Marketing on demand‑generation campaigns and product‑focused content strategies. **Required Skills** - 3+ years product/solution marketing experience in B2B technology. - Strong storytelling ability translating technical features into clear customer value. - Proven experience supporting product launches and coordinating GTM activities. - Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and marketing automation tools. - Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana (or similar). - Experience with web and content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint) is an asset. - Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Background in physical security, video surveillance, analytics, or SaaS is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Certifications in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools are advantageous.
