Job title: Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using ReactJS and Java, integrating backend services and enhancing productivity with AI coding assistants. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, scalable features in a collaborative, onsite environment. - Apply AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to increase coding efficiency and code quality. Key Responsibilities: - Build and refine UI components with ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Develop, test, and deploy backend services and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python. - Integrate frontend and backend layers for seamless user experiences. - Collaborate with QA, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to meet project goals. - Utilize AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code standards. Required Skills: - Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experienced in building RESTful APIs with Java (Spring Boot). - Comfortable coding in Python for backend integration. - Familiar with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot). - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
