Job Description

Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst (contract) Role Summary: 12‑month contract role focused on delivering data‑driven insights through BI dashboards, ensuring data quality, and providing first‑level technical support for Power BI and travel technology platforms. Expectations: Operate independently with minimal supervision, meet delivery milestones, maintain accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and performance reports for business stakeholders. • Gather reporting requirements, perform data validation, and enforce quality checks. • Automate recurring reports and enhance reporting efficiency. • Provide first‑level support for Power BI and travel tech platforms (e.g., ADX), troubleshooting data access and report errors. • Document solutions in a knowledge base; create onboarding and training materials for new users. Required Skills: • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. • Experience with business intelligence and reporting best practices. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data analytics are advantageous.
