Job Description
**Job Title:** SAP SD OTC IS‑Retail Functional Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide functional expertise in Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes for a retail client during an S/4HANA deployment. Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure and optimize SAP SD, MM, and CAR modules, ensuring alignment with retail POS and modern Fiori interfaces. **Expectations:** - Deliver functional design, configuration, and support for OTC within 6‑month freelance contract (extendable). - Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions. - Collaborate closely with technical consultants to validate integration points, especially POS/Car interfaces. - Communicate progress, risks, and resolutions to project leadership in French and English. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyse current retail order‑to‑cash processes and document gaps. 2. Configure SAP SD, MM, and CAR for order processing, billing, and inventory control. 3. Integrate POS ticket data into Car and ensure accurate data flow to downstream modules. 4. Customize Fiori launchpad widgets and transaction screens for end‑users. 5. Perform functional testing, defect logging, and resolution in alignment with QA standards. 6. Train retail users on new functionalities and create concise user guides. 7. Support transition to go‑live and provide post‑go‑live hot‑fixes. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 6–8 years functional experience in SAP SD (Order‑to‑Cash) and preferably SAP MM. - Proficient in SAP S/4HANA implementation/deployment, including HANA data modeling. - Strong knowledge of SAP CAR and POS integration workflows. - Experience with SAP Fiori UI5, Launchpad configuration, and modern S/4 interfaces. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation abilities. - Bilingual fluency: French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution (SD) or equivalent. - SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Release (optional but preferred).
