Job title: Fullstack Developer (F/M)
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain features for a high‑performance SaaS platform in an agile environment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean code practices.
Expectations:
- Senior level experience (≥4 years in full‑stack development or a Master’s/Engineering degree with at least 6 years of software engineering experience).
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade features, debugging, and optimizing performance.
- Strong collaboration across product, design, support, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and deploy front‑end and back‑end functionality using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Build and consume RESTful services, ensuring robust integration and documentation.
- Write efficient SQL queries for SQL Server, implement NHibernate mappings, and optimize database interactions.
- Conduct code reviews, follow Clean Code principles, and participate in continuous integration pipelines.
- Analyze and resolve anomalies to uphold performance and stability of the platform.
- Engage in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to agile ceremonies.
- Continuously improve internal tools, practices, and developer workflows.
Required Skills:
- Languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.
- Front‑end: jQuery, Ajax, React (application‑level understanding).
- Back‑end: RESTful API development, NHibernate ORM.
- Databases: SQL Server, query optimization, transaction management.
- Tools: Git, Jira, Visual Studio / VS Code.
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Clean Code practices.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s +5 (Engineering or Master in Computer Science) or Bachelor’s +3 with ≥6 years of professional software development experience.
