Job Description: **Job Title** AI Director (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead the definition, delivery, and ongoing monitoring of AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are strategically aligned, technically robust, and compliant with security and governance standards. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of hands‑on AI project experience. - Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end AI lifecycles with cross‑functional teams. - Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. - Fluency in professional English (written & spoken). **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and evaluate AI use‑cases that deliver measurable business value. - Design and implement AI solutions, overseeing technical development and deployment on cloud platforms. - Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across all AI platforms. - Monitor post‑deployment performance and iterate on solutions to maintain relevance and effectiveness. - Coach and mentor teams on AI best practices and emerging technologies. **Required Skills** - Project management methodologies (Design Sprint, Agile). - Data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI proficiency. - Experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure. - Deep understanding of data security, governance, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a leading engineering school. - Relevant certifications in AI, data science, or cloud platforms are a plus.
