Job Description
Job Title Information Systems Manager (F/M) Role Summary Ensure the availability, performance and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure, while leading a technical team. Manage day‑to‑day operations, incident resolution, cloud and virtualization environments, and oversee the planning and execution of technical projects in alignment with ISO 27001 standards. Expectations - Maintain 24/7 service reliability and compliance with ISO 27001. - Deliver proactive performance monitoring and incident management. - Build, coach and retain a high‑performing SI & SaaS team. - Foster cross‑department collaboration and continuous improvement of internal processes. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and promote change management. Key Responsibilities **Operational:** - Administer Windows, Linux, and cloud (Azure, SecNumCloud) servers, virtualisation (ESXi, VMware, Proxmox), storage and backup solutions. - Deploy, automate and optimise cloud infra using Terraform, Ansible, Packer. - Provide support, ticket routing and incident resolution; establish SLAs, KPIs and dashboards. - Plan and supervise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes (PRA). - Monitor performance with dashboards; analyze trends and propose enhancements. **Management:** - Lead the SI & SaaS team, conduct annual & professional performance interviews. - Manage on‑call schedules and overall service delivery uptime. - Design and deliver continuous training and skill‑up programs. - Report regularly to senior management on team performance and service metrics. - Ensure internal processes adherence and identify improvement opportunities. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of projects and initiatives. Required Skills - Strong competence in Windows Servers, Linux, and Windows administration. - Proficiency with Azure, OVH, object storage, VMware ESXi, vCenter, Proxmox VE, Backup appliances. - Experience with VPN (Stormshield), network switches, Wi‑Fi (HPE Aruba). - Automation skills: Ansible, Terraform, Packer, etc. - Incident & crisis management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce detailed documentation. - Leadership, organizational and methodological mindset. - Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement. - Technical English fluency. Additional desirable skills - Knowledge of EDI/EAI processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum 5 years of operational managerial experience in an IT environment. - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. - ISO 27001 awareness or certification considered a plus. - ITIL certification (optional but advantageous).
