Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Analyst, FP&A **Role Summary:** Provide corporate forecasting, management reporting, and business insight support for senior leadership. Drive accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial results, update valuation models, and collaborate across finance, accounting, and project teams to align strategy and operational performance. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and KPI variance analysis. - Support the execution and monitoring of the company’s short‑term and long‑term financial plans. - Contribute actionable insights to business units and executive leadership. - Identify and implement process improvements within Corporate Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L, cash flow, balance sheet reports; compare results to budget and forecast. - Track, analyze, and report company KPIs with variance explanations. - Update corporate and project valuation models under guidance of senior FP&A leadership. - Assist in annual and long‑term business plan/forecast development. - Monitor budgeted expenditures per business unit; provide variance analysis and forecasting support. - Provide business insights by collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Draft presentations for management, board, and parent company stakeholders. - Monitor bank accounts for potential fraud. - Perform ad‑hoc analysis and other assignments as required. **Required Skills:** - 2–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience. - Strong Excel modeling skills with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA (or equivalent). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Sage Intacct). - Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex data simply. - Analytical, critical‑thinking, and creative problem‑solving abilities. - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders. - Comfort with confidentiality and sensitive data. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Knowledge of renewable energy industry, tax equity structuring, and project finance preferred. - No specific professional certifications required, but CPA/CA/ACCA considered a plus.
