Job Description: **Job title**: Business Analyst **Role Summary**: Provide analysis, documentation, and facilitation of business and system requirements for procurement and third‑party risk projects. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable deliverables and support system implementations. **Expectations**: - W‑2 hybrid contract, minimum 3 months (potential extension). - Operate under general supervision while maintaining accountability for accurate requirement capture and stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities**: - Elicit, analyze, validate, and document detailed business, organizational, operational, and system requirements. - Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable system specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. - Facilitate detailed workshops to map processes, identify gaps, and define next‑step actions. - Prepare and maintain documentation for new system implementations, including readiness and defect management inputs. - Verify requirements with stakeholders, obtain formal approvals, and manage sign‑offs. - Contribute to related project artefacts such as project plans and estimates. **Required Skills**: - Proficient in documenting business workflows and creating SOPs. - Experience facilitating detailed process‑mapping sessions. - Familiarity with procurement or third‑party risk management domains. - Understanding of system implementation processes and change management. - Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and approval procurement. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred.
