Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Senior Business Analyst providing high-level business and systems analysis, leading cross-functional projects, and driving process improvements through collaboration with operations, technology, and vendor teams. **Expectations:** Minimum 5 years of senior-level business analysis experience; ability to lead complex initiatives and manage parallel projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate business/systems scope and objectives aligned with user needs and industry standards - Analyze complex problems, devising procedures to resolve operational and technical challenges - Document requirements, translate into system specifications, and validate alignment with business goals - Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather functional/non-functional requirements, and drive requirement management planning - Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and implement solutions to support strategic business outcomes - Lead impact analysis, escalate and resolve critical issues, and ensure timely communication with internal/external partners - Collaborate with technology teams, suppliers, and procurement to deliver scalable process improvements - Establish cross-functional networks and maintain high-quality deliverables across projects **Required Skills:** - 5+ years senior business analysis experience - Expertise in business impact analysis, process modeling, and requirement documentation - Proficiency in managing requirements for medium-to-large scale projects - Strong analytical thinking to evaluate risks and recommend data-driven solutions - Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder facilitation skills - Ability to influence decision-making and negotiate priorities in requirements definition **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field - PMI, IIBA, or similar certifications preferred (not mandatory)
