**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Provide business analysis support for a modernization initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and track requirements, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. **Expectations** Contract: 12+ months Hybrid work schedule, on‑site presence at least 3 days per week. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with business units, production, and executive teams to capture and analyze system requirements. - Author, update, and maintain internal and external documentation, including requirement specifications and process maps. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and produce regular status reports for stakeholders. - Conduct daily systems analytics to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. - Facilitate systems integration by building relationships with partners and addressing inquiries from managers and executives. - Support training, release planning, and post‑implementation reviews. **Required Skills** - Business analysis and requirement elicitation. - Strong documentation and communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and/or Lucidchart, along with MS Office suite. - Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data interpretation. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). - No specific certifications required.
