Job title: Senior Product Manager Role Summary: Owns and drives the product roadmap for a no-code AI workflow platform, translating customer insights and market trends into actionable, high‑impact features. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. - Partner with engineering and design to ship high‑quality features on time, balancing speed with scalability. - Translate customer insights and market trends into product requirements and long‑term strategy. - Lead end‑to‑end product development: discovery, design, launch, measurement, and iteration. - Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand enterprise needs and ensure product‑market fit. - Establish clear metrics and KPIs for product performance; communicate progress and insights to leadership. - Shape product culture and processes as the organization scales.
