Job Description: **Job Title:** Marketing Intern / Apprentice – CRM & E‑commerce Assistant **Role Summary:** Support the CRM & E‑commerce Manager in daily operations, focusing on email marketing, customer segmentation, and website content management for a fast‑growing dietary supplement brand. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality written content and creative briefs. - Proactively contribute ideas for editorial calendars and campaign optimization. - Work independently while collaborating with creative, technical, and product teams. - Meet deadlines for weekly newsletters and e‑commerce updates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, proofread, and schedule weekly email newsletters using Klaviyo. - Create and manage creative briefs, gather assets, integrate content into CRM, conduct tests, and obtain final approval. - Assist in redesigning and optimizing automated email workflows. - Support audience segmentation strategy and audience parameter setup. - Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click‑through, conversions, revenue) and report findings. - Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research. - Contribute to editorial calendar planning and creative concept proposals. - Update product and collection pages on the e‑commerce site; assist with new product launches. - Help animate the Ambassador Program and improve user experience on the website. - Participate in broader e‑commerce projects and continuous optimization initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong written communication in English (French a plus). - Creative thinking, curiosity, and problem‑solving orientation. - Ability to work with CRM tools (preferably Klaviyo) and basic HTML/CSS for email integration. - Analytical mindset for interpreting email performance data. - Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and content management. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing or a closely related field. - No specific certifications required; practical knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools is advantageous.
