Job Title: Senior Product Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic product planning, roadmap development, and end‑to‑end execution for a payments platform, scaling the product organization and mentoring a growing PM team. Expactations: 7+ years product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or high‑growth tech companies; strong track record delivering complex technical projects; expertise in payment systems and accounts receivable workflows; comfortable working with remote and cross‑functional teams; fluent written and spoken English; Agile mindset with experience in tools such as JIRA, Linear, or Trello. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and market insights. - Collaborate with engineering to define feature scope, manage development, and oversee QA to meet product specifications. - Create and maintain cross‑functional workflows with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales. - Conduct industry and competitor research to uncover opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Define and monitor product success metrics, analyze feature performance, and iterate based on data insights. - Lead by example, setting high‑quality execution standards across the product team. - Mentor and develop junior PMs, scaling the product team and fostering a culture of excellence. Required Skills: - Product strategy and roadmap management - Prioritization and impact assessment - Feature ownership, requirements definition, and QA coordination - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication - Market and competitive research - Data‑driven decision making and metric definition - Agile product development (Scrum/Kanban) - Tool proficiency: JIRA, Linear, Trello, or equivalent - Familiarity with APIs, payment systems, and accounts receivable workflows - Remote team leadership and cross‑regional collaboration - Strong written and verbal communication in English Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.
