Job Description: Job Title: Senior Product Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic product planning, roadmap development, and end‑to‑end execution for a payments platform, scaling the product organization and mentoring a growing PM team. Expactations: 7+ years product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or high‑growth tech companies; strong track record delivering complex technical projects; expertise in payment systems and accounts receivable workflows; comfortable working with remote and cross‑functional teams; fluent written and spoken English; Agile mindset with experience in tools such as JIRA, Linear, or Trello. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and market insights. - Collaborate with engineering to define feature scope, manage development, and oversee QA to meet product specifications. - Create and maintain cross‑functional workflows with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales. - Conduct industry and competitor research to uncover opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Define and monitor product success metrics, analyze feature performance, and iterate based on data insights. - Lead by example, setting high‑quality execution standards across the product team. - Mentor and develop junior PMs, scaling the product team and fostering a culture of excellence.
