Job Description
**Job Title** QHSE Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality (ISO 9001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and organizational alignment with health, safety, security, and data protection requirements. **Expectations** - Ownership of the QHSE IMS for a certified organization. - Proactive improvement of safety, quality, environmental performance, and cyber‑security posture. - Regular reporting to executive management and liaison with external auditors. - Collaboration across functional teams to embed QHSE principles in daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, review, and disseminate QHSE policies, procedures, and documentation. - Plan and conduct internal and external audits; track corrective and preventive actions. - Monitor QHSE performance indicators; propose and implement improvement initiatives. - Manage non‑conformities, adverse events, and risk assessments; initiate CAPA cycles. - Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, RGPD, and customer-specific requirements. - Prepare and present quarterly QHSE data to the Steering Committee and annual review to the Board. - Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification maintenance and renewal. - Execute annual carbon footprint calculations (Scopes 1–3) and report outputs. - Manage participation in Ecovadis assessments and the Objectif CO₂ Program. - Oversee the development of the cybersecurity strategy and data protection practices. - Draft the annual safety report with the safety advisor and update the security plan. - Communicate QHSE objectives and results across the organization, fostering a culture of safety and quality. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in managing QHSE systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). - Strong audit planning, execution, and reporting skills. - In‑depth knowledge of HSE regulations, ESG frameworks, and RGPD. - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans. - Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and executive briefings. - Leadership and team‑building capability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. - Certification in QHSE (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) is mandatory. - Continuing education in HSE, ESG, and data protection is preferred.
