Job Description: **Job title** Real Estate Search Agent – Remote (No On‑Site Visits) **Role Summary** Conduct end‑to‑end property search and selection for clients without on‑site visits. Work within a defined geographic area as part of the Ze Appart team, coordinating client viewings and maintaining client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver 6–10 suitable listings per month. - Manage multiple client dossiers simultaneously with autonomy and rigor. - Provide clear, timely communication to clients and internal team. **Key Responsibilities** - Actively source properties that match client criteria (individuals, agencies, professional platforms). - Qualify listings by verifying essential details (budget, size, availability, lease terms). - Contact landlords/agents to arrange client viewings and gather additional information. - Deliver validated listings to clients and coordinate their viewing schedules. - Follow up regularly, advise clients on applications and search strategy. - Escalate market, budget or criteria issues to the sales team for adjustment. **Required Skills** - Strong search and qualification abilities in residential real estate. - Excellent written and oral communication; clear client updates. - High attention to detail, organization, and self‑management. - Proficiency with property databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2‑year college degree (Bac +2) in real estate, commerce, or customer service. - 2 years of experience in rental property research, client relation, or brokerage (preferred but not mandatory). - Background in real estate or related field advantageous.
