Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Software Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level technical support for complex software systems in the CUAS, radar, and sensor domain. Diagnose and resolve intricate software defects, act as a subject‑matter expert, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Demonstrated ability to solve deeply technical problems across multiple software layers. - Serve as the primary escalation point for high‑impact incidents. - Drive continuous improvement of support processes and documentation. - Mentor junior support staff and share best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Deliver tier‑2/3 software support for CUAS, radar, and sensor applications. 2. Conduct root‑cause analysis of complex bugs, performance regressions, and system outages. 3. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and troubleshooting guides. 4. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to reproduce, debug, and patch issues. 5. Create and execute test plans to validate software builds in real‑time sensor environments. 6. Perform code reviews and provide actionable feedback to developers. 7. Monitor system logs, telemetry, and diagnostic data to proactively identify potential failures. 8.
