**Job Title**
IT Specialist
**Role Summary**
Support day‑to‑day IT operations for a staffing firm, delivering tiered technical assistance, maintaining infrastructure, managing cybersecurity, and administering the Bullhorn CRM system.
**Expectations**
- Provide 24/7 support for hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.
- Manage user accounts, network devices, and IT inventory.
- Ensure secure, reliable system operation and compliance with data‑protection policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer Tier 1–3 technical support to end users (Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPN, firewall).
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, AV equipment, and Zoom/VOIP solutions.
- Administer backups, disaster recovery, and multi‑factor authentication (MFA) tools.
- Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and IT inventory.
- Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and maintain documentation (systems, procedures, configurations).
- Support onboarding/offboarding of staff and equipment provisioning.
- Participate in IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, process automation, Bullhorn CRM integrations).
- Maintain company website and linked technologies (LinkedIn/License assignment, carrier connections).
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Proficient in Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Office 365 licensing.
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls.
- Troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; customer‑service orientation.
- Self‑starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AD Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar (preferred).
