**Job Title:** Technical Leader ServiceNow
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and governance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, high quality, and technical excellence. Act as the technical authority for a ServiceNow team, translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions while coaching and mentoring developers.
**Expectations:**
- Validate and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards in line with corporate strategy.
- Deliver high‑performance, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow applications through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor a technical team, resolving complex issues and reducing technical debt.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, collaborate closely with architects and project managers, and communicate constraints and impacts clearly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Technical Governance** – Define, document, and enforce development, configuration, and integration standards (ATF, update sets, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
2. **Solution Delivery** – Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
3. **Code Quality** – Conduct code reviews, enforce security & performance guidelines, and maintain reusable component libraries.
4. **Team Leadership & Coaching** – Direct technical mentoring, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support professional growth of developers.
5. **Technical Consultation** – Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and PMs to translate requirements into viable technical solutions and manage technical risks.
6. **Continuous Improvement** – Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and architecture, and drive adoption of best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep proficiency in ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM) and core technical tools (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Integration Hub).
- Strong integration experience via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Proven leadership in technical team management with a collaborative, coaching style.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, and innovative problem‑solving mindset.
- Fluent in English (technical level).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with a substantial portion in technical development and team leadership.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) on relevant modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, etc.), and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
