Job Description
**Job Title:** Statistical Programmer **Role Summary:** Statistical Programmer responsible for developing, validating, and documenting SAS programs to support data management, analysis, and reporting in clinical research. Collaborates with biostatisticians to deliver accurate statistical outputs while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality SAS code and statistical deliverables on schedule. - Maintain rigorous quality control and audit‑ready documentation. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, code, and validate SAS programs for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. - Produce tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) per study protocols. - Perform systematic quality checks and output validation. - Ensure all programming activities comply with regulatory standards and internal SOPs. - Document code, processes, and decisions for traceability and audits. - Contribute to the development and refinement of programming guidelines and best practices. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in SAS programming (BASE and MACRO). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and data‑quality focus. - Effective written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to work collaboratively with biostatisticians and other stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - Relevant experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry (preferred).
