Job Description
**Job Title** After‑Sales Service (SAV) Sales Administration Assistant / Assistant ADV SAV **Role Summary** Support after‑sales service operations by managing customer requests, administrating service interventions, and issuing invoices. Acts as the liaison between customers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. **Expectations** - Handle multiple tasks with high accuracy and meet deadlines. - Demonstrate proactive, autonomous work style and strong customer‑service orientation. - Communicate clearly in French; English proficiency is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and triage incoming service calls, create and track cases in the after‑sales system. - Prepare, send, and follow‑up on quotations based on technician diagnostics. - Place and monitor orders for spare parts; coordinate with suppliers and technicians on delivery status. - Issue invoices for interventions and spare parts, ensuring data accuracy before dispatch. - Update customer master data and maintain complete trail of interventions and billing. - Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring traceability of all equipment in customer fleets. - Provide status updates to customers throughout the intervention lifecycle. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of experience in after‑sales service, customer support, or sales administration. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English a plus). - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Team‑oriented, collaborative with cross‑functional departments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required; ERP training and technical knowledge of service processes are advantageous.
