**Job Title** Customer Support Associate, North America **Role Summary** Entry‑level customer support professional responsible for end‑to‑end product order management, production coordination, and inventory oversight. Acts as the primary liaison between suppliers, printing partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely, high‑quality fulfillment and superior customer experience. **Expectations** - Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve 100 % satisfaction in order handling. - Maintain flawless production schedules and inventory accuracy. - Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions. - Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, logistics). **Key Responsibilities** - Place orders with suppliers and manage production timelines from product selection to customer delivery. - Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and update the production database. - Coordinate and track international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. - Generate accurate reporting on supplier performance, sales, and product metrics. - Communicate product status and any issues to internal stakeholders and update customers accordingly. - Continuously refine processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to work. - Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset and quick decision‑making. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; additional languages are a plus. - Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic database management. - Team player with openness to feedback and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of supply‑chain or inventory systems is advantageous.
