Dans le cadre de la réforme territoriale adoptée en 2015 qui a donné naissance à la région Occitanie, les Réseaux Régionaux de Cancérologie OncoLR et Oncomip ont fusionné pour donner naissance au réseau régional de cancérologie de la région Occitanie, Onco-Occitanie. En 2023, Onco-Occitanie devient le Dispositif spécifique Régional du Cancer du Cancer. Onco-Occitanie a pour ambition d’œuvrer pour optimiser l’organisation régionale, harmoniser et améliorer la qualité de la prise en charge des patients atteints de cancer quel que soit leur domicile dans la région Occitanie.

Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Data Management (1‑year fixed‑term) **Role Summary** Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data‑management projects within oncology evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Manage administrative agreements, data collection workflows, and stakeholder communications. Design and run queries in SAP Business Objects, transform results with Excel or Stata, and maintain datasets for national and regional reporting and clinical studies. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate data outputs to meet internal and external reporting requirements. - Maintain high standards of data quality, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. - Demonstrate ownership of projects from inception through completion while maintaining clear documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee administrative management of agreements between participating hospitals and research partners. - Prepare and coordinate data capture (CRF creation, patient identification, data entry on “Eval & Go”). - Promote study participation among clinicians, distribute study materials, and conduct follow‑ups. - Design and maintain a monitoring database for actions and indicators linked to the multi‑annual objective contract (CPOM 2025‑2027). - Respond to data requests from clinicians and governing bodies: identify required variables, construct queries, execute in SAP BO, and deliver reports or de‑identified datasets. - Update annual activity reports from the Communicating Cancer File (DCC) covering indicators, RCP participation, and utilization metrics. - Contribute to internal evaluation initiatives and support evidence‑based improvements in cancer care. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency with Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros). - Experience with a SQL‑based query tool (e.g., SAP Business Objects). - Strong database design and management capabilities. - Ability to interpret medical records, extract relevant clinical information, and apply coding standards. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder engagement and active listening. - Analytical mindset, methodical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently. - Understanding of hospital information systems and oncology workflows (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree (Bac +2) or higher in Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field with a focus on data management or project coordination. - Professional certifications in data analysis, project management, or medical informatics are an advantage.
