**Job Title**
Solutions Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of scalable, secure, and future‑proof IT solutions for a platform & infrastructure domain. Translate business objectives into architectural standards, oversee cross‑functional collaboration, and drive continuous innovation across cloud, security, and identity domains.
**Expectations**
* Deliver functional, technical, security, and integration architecture that aligns with business goals.
* Establish and enforce long‑term technology roadmaps and best‑practice standards.
* Mentor and guide teams through architecture decision‑making and implementation.
* Maintain deep knowledge of application portfolios and architecture methodologies within 3 months.
* Influence strategic IT direction and lead critical projects and external collaborations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Define, document, and communicate solution architecture across functional, technical, security, and integration layers.
* Create and promote architectural standards, reference models, and long‑term roadmaps for platform, infrastructure, and security.
* Oversee design implementation, ensuring compliance with defined architectures and technology choices.
* Identify emerging technologies, propose best practices, and lead innovation initiatives.
* Collaborate with developers, analysts, infrastructure architects, security experts, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Provide technical recommendations to senior leadership and project managers, influencing IT strategies.
* Build and maintain reference architectures for platform components and security solutions.
* Drive process improvements and contribute to architecture decision‑making at the organization level.
**Required Skills**
* • 10+ years in IT (development, analysis, project management, or architecture). • Expert knowledge of IAM/CIAM, cloud architecture, and trust services (EIDAS). • Proven experience with security frameworks, identity management, and infrastructure design. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Confluence). • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. • Proficient in written English; fluent French or Dutch (minimum passive knowledge of the other).
**Required Education & Certifications**
* • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. • Relevant certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), security (CISSP/CCSP), or architecture (TOGAF) are preferred.
