**Job Title**
CRM & Digital Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CRM and digital initiatives for a broad client base. Translate business needs into functional and technical designs, oversee advanced configuration, custom development, testing, and production launch, while managing and developing a junior consulting team.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management in CRM and digital environments.
- Strong engineering mindset with a preference for digital transformation expertise.
- Proven ability to coach junior consultants and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Proactive, pedagogic, and collaborative approach to client and team engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conceptualize, design, and deliver CRM & digital solutions across diagnostic, recommendation, architecture, specification, development, advanced configuration, testing, and go‑live phases.
2. Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and architecture designs.
3. Configure and develop on CRM platforms, applying best practices for scalability and integration.
4. Conduct Advanced configuration and custom development using HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and C++.
5. Manage testing support, user acceptance, and production deployment activities.
6. Mentor and guide junior consultants to enhance their technical and project management skills.
7. Maintain Agile pipeline, facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
8. Identify and recommend digital enhancements, emerging technologies, and AI opportunities to clients.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in CRM suite implementation (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platform integration.
- Advanced configuration, custom development, and data migration capabilities.
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript, C++ and related development tools.
- Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) with proven delivery track record.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) in Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with digital focus.
- Certifications from leading CRM vendors (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Developer, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM).
- Continuous learning credential in new technologies or AI is a plus.
