**Job Title:** AI Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, govern, and deliver enterprise‑scale AI solutions for legal, compliance, and risk technology programs. Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, explainable, and meet regulatory standards while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and provide architectural governance.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulated data environments and responsible AI practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own end‑to‑end AI architecture (data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring).
- Design AI solutions for legal, compliance, and risk use cases.
- Establish standards for model lifecycle management, data pipelines, feature stores, MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, data science, engineering, and platform teams to align technical designs with business needs.
- Provide architectural governance, design authority, and assurance across multiple delivery teams.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tooling, platforms, and cloud services.
- Support delivery teams through design reviews, technical decisions, and issue resolution.
- Produce architecture artefacts (logical, physical, solution designs) for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven AI Architect, Solution Architect, or ML Architect experience in enterprise settings.
- Hands‑on expertise in machine learning/AI systems and data engineering/analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- In‑depth knowledge of model governance, lifecycle management, data privacy, security, and access controls.
- Understanding of Explainable AI and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to HR technology or people analytics architectures (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent) advantageous.
