Lead model lifecycle, data pipeline, MLOps, and responsible AI governance while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Expectations: - Own AI solution design from ingestion to monitoring. - Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. - Lead architectural standards and best practices. - Produce clear architectural artefacts and guide delivery teams. - Engage senior technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define architecture across data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring. - Design solutions for legal, compliance, and risk use cases. - Set standards for model lifecycle, feature stores, MLOps CI/CD, and monitoring. - Translate business requirements into technical designs with stakeholders. - Provide architectural governance and design authority across multiple teams. - Evaluate and recommend AI tooling, platforms, and cloud services. - Review designs, guide technical decisions, and resolve issues. - Deliver logical, physical, and solution designs to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proven experience as AI Architect, Solution Architect, or ML Architect delivering enterprise solutions. - Deep knowledge of machine learning, AI systems, and data engineering platforms. - Cloud‑native architecture experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Expertise in model governance, lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices. - Strong data privacy, security, and access control competency. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. - Exposure to HR technology or people‑analytics platforms is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
