Job Description
**Job Title** VP Customer Solutions Engineering **Role Summary** Provide global technical leadership for pre‑sales, post‑sale, and ongoing customer engagements. Drive solution design, RFP response, and technical compliance throughout the sales cycle and lease execution for hyperscale data‑center customers. Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal delivery, operations, finance, and development teams. Travel internationally as required. **Expectations** - Lead technical sales initiatives across EMEA and the Americas. - Ensure accurate technical content in lease contracts and compliance during delivery. - Translate complex customer requirements into feasible, documented solutions. - Serve as the senior subject‑matter expert for Yondr’s data‑center design and innovation. - Support forecasting, pipeline management, and market strategy development. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end technical sales processes, from solution pitch to contract sign‑off. - Capture, document, and validate customer technical requirements; develop and present designs. - Coordinate with Finance, Design & Construction, Operations, and Development teams to deliver compliant solutions. - Lead RFP responses, orchestrating internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations. - Oversee delivery team performance for technical compliance and issue escalation. - Conduct customer‑facing workshops and expert‑level technical discussions. - Provide market and customer insight to influence future design and site‑selection strategies. - Generate industry networking insights and feed them back to product/innovation roadmaps. - Mentor and support interdepartmental colleagues within the Customer Solutions organization. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of data‑center design, construction, and operations (electrical, mechanical, network). - Proven ability to present and simplify complex technical solutions for mixed audiences. - Strong analytical skills to interpret project documentation and translate needs into deliverables. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Experience leading RFP processes and ensuring technical accuracy in contracts. - Facilitation skills for workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions. - High organizational detail, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure. - Superior written and verbal communication; fluent in English (additional languages a plus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 12–15 years of experience in data‑center design, construction, or operational leadership. - Demonstrated experience in senior customer‑solution or pre‑sales engineering roles. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, Data Center Certified Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Title:** Contractor Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end contractor management for temporary workers across all regions and functions. Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, hiring managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
