**Job title:** Senior Product Marketing Manager – Oncology (Product Specialist) **Role Summary:** Lead marketing strategy and operations for oncology products in France, ensuring alignment with global plans. Drive launch and growth of new indications, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage local stakeholder relationships to maximize market impact. **Expectations:** * Deliver measurable growth in the French oncology market. * Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, quality, and budgetary standards. * Operate independently while collaborating with global, medical, sales, and regulatory teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the French marketing strategy, identifying growth levers specific to the market. - Develop and manage the annual marketing plan in partnership with medical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders. - Plan and roll out marketing initiatives: campaigns, promotional tools, events, congresses, PR programs, webinars, and multi‑channel content. - Localize messaging and campaign materials to French market requirements, supervising implementation. - Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including concept testing, marketing boards, and regional meetings. - Coordinate local agency partners from briefing through execution. - Oversee internal review of medical, regulatory, legal, and marketing documents (Veeva). - Act as cross‑functional project lead, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of marketing projects in France. - Manage resources and budgets, tracking actual spend against forecast. **Required Skills:** - Dual background in science and business with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry. - Deep scientific understanding of oncology data and product innovation. - Experience launching products or new indications, preferably in oncology; exposure to lung or pancreatic indications is advantageous. - Strategic thinking combined with creative execution. - Strong leadership, teamwork, and ability to thrive in an international, inter‑functional environment. - Exceptional organization, autonomy, and multi‑project prioritization; meticulous attention to regulatory timelines. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; adept at stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and interest in digital/multi‑channel solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related field. - Additional business qualification (MBA, Marketing, or similar) preferred. - Relevant international regulatory or marketing certification (e.g., PMP, CPMA) is a plus.
