**Job title** Area Sales Manager (Male/Female) **Role summary** Lead sales operations and revenue growth within a defined geographic territory for GSE and airport‑related spare parts. Drive profitable sales, build customer relationships from frontline staff to executive leaders, and act as a technical advisor on product selection. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and gross‑profit targets. - Operate independently, maintain focus, and be self‑motivated. - Travel as required within the assigned region, including overnight stays. - Secure airport access badges where applicable. - Communicate effectively in both French and English. **Key responsibilities** - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Conduct business reviews, key‑account QBRs, and regular customer meetings. - Provide technical and product support to aid customer part selection. - Collaborate with customer‑service and logistics teams to ensure on‑site supply and delivery. - Identify opportunities to enhance market position through innovative ideas and best practices. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape. - Build and nurture relationships ranging from operational staff to C‑suite executives. **Required skills** - Proven background in technical sales of GSE or automotive parts. - Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer‑service skills. - Ability to build relationships and solve problems at all organizational levels. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Fluency in French and English. - Self‑management, focus, and motivation to work independently. - Willingness to travel and obtain necessary airport credentials. **Required education & certifications** - College or trade school diploma (preferred). - Relevant aviation or technical certifications are an advantage.
