Job Description
**Job Title:** Director of Project Management and Property Portfolio **Role Summary:** Lead strategic development and rehabilitation of built heritage, oversee project operations, and manage multidisciplinary teams to implement construction and sustainable innovation strategies. **Expectations:** Define and execute technical/operational programming, coordinate legal and financial frameworks, ensure cross-departmental collaboration, and manage costs. Demonstrate leadership in team development and strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define, plan, and oversee infrastructure projects from technical programming to legal/financial execution. - Strategize and implement sustainable construction innovation initiatives. - Develop and manage a property portfolio strategic plan. - Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (~10 members). - Foster collaboration with other departments and stakeholders. - Monitor and optimize operational costs. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in property portfolio management and complex project execution. - In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, building standards, and financial/budgetary frameworks. - Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams. - Strong planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities. - Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Advanced degree (Master’s level) in urban planning, civil engineering, or property law. - Minimum 5+ years in property/infrastructure project management and team leadership. - Demonstrated experience in large-scale project coordination and sustainable development.
