**Job Title** Account Supervisor **Role Summary** Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns for mass media, digital, and social platforms. Coordinate internal teams, client partners, and production resources to deliver on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality integrated campaigns. Build and nurture client relationships, serve as the primary account liaison, and drive organic growth opportunities through proposal development and strategic planning. **Expectations** - Act independently on smaller initiatives and provide support on larger, cross‑functional projects. - Maintain communication cadence with clients and partner agencies, fostering trust and delivering measurable value. - Demonstrate proactive project ownership, managing priorities and escalating issues as necessary. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage internal agency teams, third‑party vendors, and workflow processes to ensure seamless translation of communication strategies into integrated campaign plans. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and media partners; develop and sustain positive working relationships. - Champion agency integration by advocating internal processes, tools, and best practices. - Draft and contribute to proposals that identify and expand organic business opportunities. - Oversee production schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost controls. - Collaborate with creative and strategy functions to produce platform‑driven creative solutions aligned with campaign objectives. **Required Skills** - Minimum 4 years of agency experience with a focus on mass, digital, and social advertising. - At least 1 year as an Account Supervisor or equivalent role. - Experience managing broadcast and fully integrated campaigns. - Strong project management and multitasking abilities; proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail. - Ability to build trusting client relationships and to influence cross‑functional teams. - Proficiency in managing up; confident in independent decision‑making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field (degree or equivalent). - No specific certification required, but familiarity with campaign measurement tools and media planning platforms is advantageous.
