**Job Title**
Cloud Applications Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, deploy, and optimize cloud‑based collaboration and productivity applications for legal sector clients. Focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, EntraID, Intune, and related SaaS tools, ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated solutions that drive adoption and operational excellence.
**Expectations**
- Deliver architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud applications.
- Implement and maintain identity, device, and data protection services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and support user experience.
- Provide technical enablement, training, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and manage Single Sign‑On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication across EntraID.
- Administer M365 tenancy, Intune device management (BYOD, MAM, App Protection, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
- Oversee certificate and secret lifecycle (expiration, renewal, removal).
- Implement CoreView Configuration Manager and other configuration tools.
- Manage Purview (information protection, retention, sensitivity labels, e‑Discovery, reporting).
- Administer Log Analytics, develop and maintain Logic Apps, and integrate M365/Azure APIs.
- Execute phased implementation of configuration or security changes with minimal user disruption.
- Develop and deliver communications, training, and documentation to end users and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on application performance, security posture, and compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years in IT or cloud engineering with hands‑on Microsoft 365, Azure, and EntraID identity management.
- Proven SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, B2B/B2C, and passwordless implementation.
- Intune/BYOD device management (MAM/App Protection, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
- Certificate and secret lifecycle management.
- M365 governance & compliance tools: Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels, e‑Discovery.
- Automation and API integration experience (Logic Apps, Power Automate, or similar).
- Log Analytics and reporting within M365/Azure.
- Strong communication, documentation, and phased implementation skills.
**Desired Expertise**
- Google Workspace integration and Lark Connection.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
