Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure & Cloud Consultant **Role Summary:** Deliver Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions aligned with technical frameworks. Guide clients in cloud adoption, ensuring integration of enterprise-grade security, networking, and virtualization technologies. **Expectations:** - Projects delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical quality. - Maintain project documentation and achieve >90% KPIs for client and quality scores. - Continuously refine solutions based on industry trends and client feedback. - Mentor junior team members and support internal process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure/cloud solutions (Office 365, Windows Server, Azure) following best practices. 2. Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into technical solutions and provide training/support. 3. Transition projects to service teams, ensuring compliance with QA protocols and conducting post-implementation reviews. 4. Contribute to product development and methodology improvements via field insights. 5. Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. **Required Skills:** - Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure (administration/configuration). - Enterprise networking, security, and backup/disaster recovery. - Project management, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation. - Wireless network configuration and firewall/endpoint security. - Problem-solving for complex technical solutions in multi-site environments (50–100 users). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience. - Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), CompTIA A+ & Network+, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or SC-300, Hornet VM & 365 Backup Training, 4GON Ubiquiti Wireless Administrator, WatchGuard Firewall Implementation Course.
